The Portwest FP92 combines a flexible anchor line, guided fall arrester and energy absorber for vertical use within a complete system.
The captive rope grab travels on the 12 mm kernmantle rope and locks in a fall. An energy absorber helps limit forces transmitted to the user and anchor.
The 20 m length defines reach, not suitability. Clearance, direction of use, anchor strength, sharp edges, harness connection and rescue arrangements must all be assessed before work.
